The consistent further development of our RACE variant, available since 2020! A fairing kit specially developed for production motorcycles. Continuously improved with the help of the community - see "IMPROVEMENTS" below!

The item includes the mask, side panels, nose cone, all required engine holders, and the windscreen. The instrument fairing holder and air intake are not included.

Benefits:

  • Weight reduction: 50% to 70% compared to the painted GRP version
  • Pricing: One of our goals was to price the carbon fairing kit so that it is no more expensive than the GRP variant including professional painting.

These things should be considered before purchase

  • Antennae, air intake, fuel tank cover, seat cover, fenders NOT included.
  • Mounting hardware is also available separately without the Plug & Play service.

More info:

    • Developed and produced in Germany
    • No modifications to the OEM motorcycle required
    • Fits Triumph Daytona & Street Triple
    • Due to the enlarged air intake, for adjusted fuel injection, we recommend tuning the motorcycle on a dynamometer
    • Explicitly designed based on the KALEX model from the Moto2 World Championship
    • Fairing in carbon (plain 1:1 twill; glossy)
    • Side panels largely lined with aramid for additional engine protection
    • Developed with a focus on fit and surface finish
    • Side stand can still be used
    • There could be problems with GP racing protective covers, as they protrude extremely far
    • Supplied with rubber plugs in the nose cone for quickly draining fluids (according to FIM regulations)
    • The optional mask spacers serve not only to ensure a 100% Moto2 design but also to provide maximum wind protection. In addition, they are designed as a shear point to protect the mask from major damage in the event of a crash (strongly recommended purchase).

    CARBON QUALITY

High-quality carbon fiber material combined with a durable resin ensures maximum product lifespan. The surface of our products is already perfectly flat and free of pores or inclusions. The mask is manufactured with 5 layers of carbon fiber. The rest consists of 4 layers to ensure minimum weight and maximum flexibility. Each carbon product also contains 1 layer of glass to minimize light transmission.

Based on various tests in our facility, we have found that there is no benefit to using aramid layers to reinforce the connection points, as we already use 4 layers of carbon fiber.
ATTENTION: This product is not an autoclave product. Each piece is a handcrafted product with maximum perfection in finish and gloss.

    EXHAUST SYSTEMS

OEM exhaust can be used (we recommend covering the inner rear of the nose cone with heat protection to protect the material from heat damage caused by the massive OEM muffler, especially on the Daytona 2013+).

Please be sure to fit the fairing kit to your motorcycle before painting it, so that any necessary adjustments and cutouts can be made before painting.

    AIR INTAKE

Significantly enlarged air intake compared to the OEM model (approx. 250%) We recommend tuning the engine slightly richer than usual. This recommendation stems from the fact that in racing, the engine is already tuned richer to optimize engine cooling. In combination with the larger air intake, this is a factor that should be taken seriously!

    SIDE STAND

OEM side stand can be used.

    STEERING STOPS

    Tighter steering stops recommended.

    FAQs

    Do you ship worldwide?

    Yes, we ship worldwide.

To see the shipping costs for your country, simply add the desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout. Our system will then automatically calculate the shipping costs for your location – depending on the delivery country as well as the size and weight of your order.

How long is the delivery time?

The estimated processing time (lead time) can be found directly on the respective product page.

Please note that this is the time it takes us to prepare your items for shipping. The shipping time by the parcel service is added to this time.

An overview of all processing times for your ordered items can also be found on your invoice.

How is the delivery time calculated for multiple items?

If you order several products, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time. As some of our products are immediately available and others are only produced after an order has been placed, different delivery times may arise within one order.

We generally ship orders together once all included products are ready.

This means that even if individual items would be available earlier, shipping will only take place once the complete order is ready for dispatch. This is how we ensure that all parts arrive together and complete.

Why do you use different types and colours of cardboard boxes?

We give suitable cardboard boxes another use. That is why your order may arrive in a brown, white or previously printed box. In this way we reuse existing packaging and avoid unnecessary packaging waste.

What matters is that the box is sturdy, properly sized and suitable for safe shipping. Its exterior does not indicate the condition or quality of your order. Even in a reused box, you will receive the goods you ordered.

Are there additional import charges for deliveries outside the EU?

Deliveries to countries outside the EU may incur additional charges, such as import taxes, customs duties or fees charged by the parcel carrier for customs clearance. Whether these apply and how much they cost depends on the destination country, the value and type of goods and the applicable local rules.

Unless such charges are explicitly included in the checkout price or paid by us, they may be payable in addition to your order total and collected by the responsible carrier or authority. Please contact your country's customs authority before ordering and check the information at checkout and in our shipping terms.

What's the best way to reach you?

For reliable communication, we recommend contacting us directly by email. This way, we can process your request securely and ensure that all important information is fully considered.

Especially for urgent matters or initial inquiries, contacting us by email is the safest way.

Alternatively, you can also reach us via WhatsApp and Instagram. However, due to the high volume of inquiries through these channels, there may be delayed responses or longer waiting times.

What can your AI telephone assistant do already?

Our AI telephone assistant can help with questions about our products and your order. You can already use it to request further information or add details about your enquiry. If you would rather speak with a person, you can also ask the AI telephone assistant to transfer you to our team.

It is still being trained, and we continually expand its knowledge. It may therefore not yet answer every question completely or correctly. If anything remains unclear, or if you need to make a binding change to your order, please contact our team directly by email. Include your order number and the relevant product wherever possible.

Do you also offer carbon fairings?

Yes, Eisenbeisser GmbH aims to offer suitable solutions for various requirements and customer needs. This includes high-quality carbon fairings.

An overview of all our services can be found on our overview page.

Are the fairings also available in other colors?

Our fairings are available in different versions depending on the material.

The respective version is always specified and shown directly on the product page.

Do your products have a material expert opinion?

No, our parts are exclusively for racing use. A material certificate for use on public roads is not available, unless explicitly stated.

What are the differences between Standard GRP, SixFiber, Prepreg Autoclave, Carbon and Carbon Autoclave?

Our product versions differ in their focus on materials, weight, flexibility and manufacturing:

    • Standard GRP: Traditional hand-laid fibreglass laminate. Designed to be robust and economical; compared with dedicated lightweight versions, we accept a higher weight.
    • SixFiber: A fibre composite designed for low weight and high flexibility in non-structural racing fairings. A good choice if you want a light fairing that is easy to handle.
    • Prepreg Autoclave: Pre-impregnated fibre layers with a controlled resin content are cured under pressure and heat. This promotes an even, well-consolidated laminate.
    • Carbon: Hand-laid carbon-fibre laminate with its characteristic carbon appearance and the potential for high stiffness at low weight.
    • Carbon Autoclave: Combines carbon fibres with controlled curing under pressure and heat, producing a particularly sophisticated carbon laminate.

The best version depends on how you intend to use it. Specific weights, finishes and features are stated on the individual product pages. No material category is automatically more resistant in every crash.

Do you edit or enhance your product photos?

Our principle is: You get what you see. We do not retouch product features to make the workmanship appear better than it is. We deliberately photograph more than just the best-looking pieces; less-than-perfect examples can also appear in our photos. We want you to get a realistic impression of what to expect.

Handmade composite parts may vary slightly in appearance and weave pattern from one piece to another. Lighting and screen settings can also affect how colours appear. Your order is governed by the version selected, the stated scope of delivery and the agreed product specifications.

What services does Eisenbeisser GmbH offer?

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer you various secure payment methods.

You can pay with credit card (e.g., Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna, cryptocurrency (USDC), or by bank transfer.

If you choose bank transfer, you will receive our bank details in the confirmation email. Please be sure to include your order number as the reference for the transfer so that we can correctly allocate the payment and arrange for the shipment of your order.

All transactions are processed securely, so you can reliably complete your order.

What happens if a price or product description in the store is wrong?

Even with careful maintenance, errors can occur in a large product range—for example, in prices, technical specifications or model compatibility. If you notice something inconsistent, please send us the product link and a brief explanation, ideally with a screenshot. We will review your report and correct confirmed errors.

If an incorrect price results from a typing error or faulty data transfer, we may, under the applicable legal conditions, challenge an acceptance of contract already declared on the grounds of mistake. In that case we will inform you without delay once the error is discovered and explain why. A calculation that subsequently turns out to be unprofitable is not, by itself, generally sufficient grounds for doing so.

If the contract is successfully avoided, it becomes void retroactively; we will refund any payments already received. We will be happy to offer you the item again at the corrected price. Whether you accept that offer is entirely your decision—there is no automatic additional charge. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

    What is your return policy?

Information on returns and cancellations can be found in our cancellation policy on our website. It explains exactly how a return works and which deadlines apply. You will also find the necessary cancellation form there.

    Can I return custom-painted products?

Products that we paint individually at your express request or finish in colours according to your personal specifications are custom-made items. To the extent that they meet the conditions of Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal.

In these cases, returns or exchanges because you do not like the result or subsequently change your design preferences are excluded. Please check your colour and design specifications carefully before ordering, and read the information about custom painting on the relevant product page. Your statutory warranty rights in the event of defects remain fully unaffected.

How do I install rubber well nuts correctly?

Rubber well nuts secure parts by expanding slightly as the screw is tightened. Insert the nut into the correct hole until its flange rests against the surface, then carefully screw in the matching bolt. Tighten only until the rubber expands slightly and holds the component securely.

Important: The screw does not need to be tightened all the way to its stop. Do not completely compress or force the rubber nut through the hole. Overtightening places unnecessary stress on the material and may cause it to tear or break. Follow the installation instructions for the particular version.

How do I choose and fit quarter-turn fasteners correctly?

The correct choice depends on the fastening system, the thickness of the parts being joined and the matching receptacle. A stud that is too short cannot lock securely; one that is too long may leave excessive play. Refer to the specifications of the actual product, as the required length can vary even within the same material category.

First test-fit the fairing on the motorcycle and align every part without stress. Only then mark the fixing points, drill according to the installation instructions and fit the receptacles. Work carefully, deburr the holes and check every fastener afterwards: it must lock securely with a quarter-turn without putting the laminate under stress. Fitting and drilling must be completed before painting.
